We ship worldwide however the shipping and custom duties will have to be borne by the customers based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched.

What if order is delayed?

• The Custom Cut/ Madam Darzi has a proven track record of delivering orders ahead of time however, if the delay happens due to factors beyond our control, we will not be responsible in such cases.

• Examples of such cases but not limited to these are lockdowns imposed by the government due to any health or pandemic reasons, delayed measurements given by clients, delayed issued or delayed caused due to custom clearance.

• We endeavour to work with you and make sure you get your outfit on time.

• The custom Cut/ Madam Darzi aims to provide the visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a link to track your package.
